Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of the MAXI Mobile website and services. By booking a service, submitting a form, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
Service & scheduling
We perform mobile automotive services (including oil changes, tire service, and related work) at the location you provide. You represent that you own the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to request service on it. You're responsible for ensuring the location is safe, legal for us to work in, and accessible. We may decline service or reschedule if conditions are unsafe (severe weather, unsafe slope or surface, inaccessible vehicle) or if the location doesn't permit vehicle work; our technician makes that call on-site, and rescheduling for safety is at no charge.
Pricing & payment
Posted prices reflect the standard tier for the described vehicle category. We'll quote your specific tier before service, and we don't add surprise charges on-site: any additional work is offered, priced, and approved by you before it happens. Payment is due at completion of service unless agreed otherwise (e.g., fleet net-30 invoicing). Card payments are processed by Square; we don't store your card details.
Communications
When you provide your phone number with a service request, you agree that we may call or text you about that request (scheduling, arrival updates, receipts). Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Workmanship warranty & claims
We warrant our workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of service. If you experience an issue arising directly from our work, contact us immediately at (614) 400-9350 and we'll make it right. This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, defective parts not supplied by us, or damage from continued operation after a known issue. This warranty gives you specific rights and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law, including your manufacturer's warranty, which remains governed by its own terms and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a service fee.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website. In particular, you won't:
- Submit forms with false information or on behalf of someone who hasn't authorized it.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to submit forms or harvest content or data.
- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
The MAXI Mobile name, logo, and site content are owned by MAXI Mobile or its licensors and may not be used without permission. The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; content may contain errors and may change at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the price paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify MAXI Mobile against claims arising from your violation of these terms, including misrepresenting authority to service a vehicle or providing an unsafe or unauthorized service location.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally; most issues are fixed with a phone call. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes & severability
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the service after changes means you accept them. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
